Currently, our workshops are designed for those in relationships to attend together. We believe in shared learning and mutual practice. However, we're exploring options for individual-focused sessions in the future. Stay connected for updates!
Workshops at CCS are educational, skill-based, and designed to teach tools you can use right away. While they’re rooted in research, they’re not therapy and don’t explore deep psychological history or clinical issues.
Our workshops are warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental, with an intimate, small-group setting that allows you to slow down and truly focus on your relationship. We intentionally keep attendance limited so you can connect meaningfully with your partner and, if you choose, with other couples in a supportive, private space. The atmosphere blends lighthearted moments with meaningful discussions, creating a safe environment for group attendees to share openly. Sessions are interactive, encouraging, and connection-focused, so you leave with practical skills and a renewed sense of teamwork.
No. Sharing is always optional. While we offer group discussions and exercises, you’ll never be pressured to share anything you’re not comfortable with. Most activities are done privately with your partner(s).
That’s totally normal. We encourage you to review the workshop descriptions together. You can also email us with questions—we’re happy to help you both feel comfortable taking the first step.
